CRMPA - Centre for Research in Pure and Applied Mathematics - is a non-profit research entity according to the Community Framework for State Aid for Research and Development and Innovation, committed to conduct fundamental research, industrial research and experimental development  in the field of Pure and Applied Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information and Communication Technology and all related matters, as well as the dissemination of results by way of teaching, publication or technology transfer and scientific dissemination activity in general.

The Research Centre is organized into a network structure with registered office and central administration at the University of Salerno.
